THÜROS T2 BBQ Stainless Steel Charcoal Grill – cooking area 35 x 35 cm

The THÜROS T2 Stainless steel barbecue is manufactured of high-quality, antimagnetic stainless steel V2A and is durable for a lot of grilling sessions throughout the years.

Not only the grill body, even the charcoal tray as well as the cooking grate are made of high-quality stainless steel. In addition, the cooking grate is electropolished as well as food-safe. It eases the cleaning when handling it properly.

All THÜROS Garden Grills are designed with a flue to use the centuries-old tradition of the flue draught principle. The adjustable air vent at the bottom of the flue ensures a quick and easy heating up of charcoal. When opening it to the maximum, the charcoal will be provided with oxygen permanently. Thus, it burns hotter as well as better. The temperature can be controlled by adjusting the air vent to get more or less oxygen flowing.

A great advantage of the THÜROS T2 BBQ is that the T2 is already fully equipped for barbecuing. With the BBQ Hood (BBQH35) which has an ergonomic handle and a suitable water pan (WS3035E) you can start to grill indirect right away. Due to modular attachments you can expand your THÜROS T2 barbecue how you prefer it at any time. Limits are only set by your imagination.

Only use lighting aids that comply with DIN EN 1860-3!
Choose a fi rm horizontal installlation location. Put the charcoal (DIN 1860-2) only in the charcoal tray provided.
To light the charcoal use only TÜV-GS/DIN EN 1860-3 tested fire lighters. When using lighter fluid make sure it does not flow into the flue or out of the vents. Never add lighter fluid to a burning fire.
Before first use, preheat the BBQ for a few minutes without food and cooking grate so that any production residues can dissipate.
Do not use the ventilation slide without gloves.
Do not start grilling before the charcoal turned gray and reached the correct cooking temperature.

Tipp: Use less charcoal than with any conventional charcoal BBQs without a fl ue draught system. THÜROS® BBQs are truly economical BBQs and need considerably less fuel. Therefore, we recommend to use a high-quality charcoal.

THÜROS stainless steel charcoal tray for THÜROS T2

The THÜROS charcoal tray is made of high-quality, antimagnetic stainless steel V2A.

Due to the lasered holes, the charcoal always maintains sufficient oxygen in the whole charcoal tray. The cut outs also generate a constant heat throughout the whole cooking area.

After cooling down, the charcoal tray can be pulled out effortlessly by the two handles that are cut out on the sides of the tray. The leftover, cooled down charcoal ashes can be removed easily to keep the barbecue clean.

THÜROS Lighting intensifier and ash tray for THÜROS T2 THÜROS I

The intensifier is inserted below the charcoal tray in the grill head. It serves to collect additional ash, and it serves as a lighting aid. If you place a few lighters in the intensifier and place the charcoal tray with the charcoal on top, the charcoal will glow evenly because it is supplied with constant heat from below. In addition, the lighter is supplied with sufficient oxygen, which, in contrast to lighting in the charcoal, allows it to burn well and completely.

Suitable for all THÜROS barbecues with a grilling surface of 35 x 35 cm.
