THÜROS Stand for Smoker
Like all of our smokers and barbecues, the stand is made of high-quality stainless steel. Due to corner protectors, even most sensitive surfaces are secured against scratches.
The smoker is placed on top of the stand. As a result, the working height of the smoker is more comfortable. The inner space of the stand can be used to store firewood, wood chips or smoking powder.

- WARNING! The appliance becomes very hot and it should not be moved during operation!

- Only use lighting aids that comply with DIN EN 1860-3!
- Choose a fi rm horizontal installlation location. Put the charcoal (DIN 1860-2) only in the charcoal tray provided.
- To light the charcoal use only TÜV-GS/DIN EN 1860-3 tested fire lighters. When using lighter fluid make sure it does not flow into the flue or out of the vents. Never add lighter fluid to a burning fire.
- Before first use, preheat the BBQ for a few minutes without food and cooking grate so that any production residues can dissipate.
- Do not use the ventilation slide without gloves.
- Do not start grilling before the charcoal turned gray and reached the correct cooking temperature.
Tipp: Use less charcoal than with any conventional charcoal BBQs without a fl ue draught system. THÜROS® BBQs are truly economical BBQs and need considerably less fuel. Therefore, we recommend to use a high-quality charcoal.
