THÜROS PRO 1 with Cast Iron Grate - barbecue culture for the table

The modular gourmet table barbecue for sophisticated barbecuing.

An universal table barbecue, modularly convertible - so that you don't need a special barbecue for every type of grilling.

A charcoal tray adjustable to two heights and the slider for regulating the air supply, which can be operated from both sides, ensure an easily controllable barbecue temperature. The sinusoidal charcoal tray, specially developed for this barbecue, convinces with a particularly homogeneous ember pattern. Edge protectors made of pure plastic provide a scratch-free stand.

The THÜROS PRO 1 has a module set of the THÜROS PRO barbecue system. By choosing the module, you decide about the barbecueing characteristics.

Warnings and Safety Instructions for Using Your Barbecue.

WARNING! The appliance becomes very hot and it should not be moved during operation!
WARNING! Surface can get hot!

WARNING! Danger of carbon monoxide poisoning. Do not operate the barbecue in closed rooms, only outdoors!
CAUTION! Do not use spirit or petrol for lighting or relighting!

CAUTION! Keep a distance of 1.50 m from other flammable objects.
Only use lighting aids that comply with DIN EN 1860-3!
Choose a fi rm horizontal installlation location. Put the charcoal (DIN 1860-2) only in the charcoal tray provided.
To light the charcoal use only TÜV-GS/DIN EN 1860-3 tested fire lighters. When using lighter fluid make sure it does not flow into the flue or out of the vents. Never add lighter fluid to a burning fire.
Before first use, preheat the BBQ for a few minutes without food and cooking grate so that any production residues can dissipate.
Do not use the ventilation slide without gloves.
Do not start grilling before the charcoal turned gray and reached the correct cooking temperature.

Tipp: Use less charcoal than with any conventional charcoal BBQs without a fl ue draught system. THÜROS® BBQs are truly economical BBQs and need considerably less fuel. Therefore, we recommend to use a high-quality charcoal.
