The smoker is made of high-quality, antimagnetic stainless steel V2A / 4301 and thus ensures smoking pleasure for many years. Not only is the single-walled body of the THÜROS smoking cabinet made of high-quality stainless steel, but also all the gratings and hooks. The food-safe gratings are electropolished, which makes cleaning easier if handled properly.
Note: Temperatures of up to 80 °C can be reached with the T1 table smoking cabinet.

In the stainless steel drawer is a separate fire drawer made of hot-dip aluminized sheet metal for the wood fire. Thanks to two drip trays, no fat drips into the chips, wood fire or embers. The fat is channeled out of the smoker through the drip trays. Tip: put a bowl underneath.
