The Thüros gas barbecue 418 is the giant in the new gas barbecue line

With its grilling surface of 960 x 400 mm it is perfectly suited for barbecues of up to 18 persons.

Gastronomic establishment will be pleased with this barbecue, too.

The Thüros 418 has got 4 triple burners with an overall power of 18 kW. It is lighted by a piezo ignition with a stainless steel switch.

The base unit can hold 2 x 5kg and/or 2 x 8kg gas cylinders. Thüros gas barbecues need relatively few gas because of their well-thought-out design.

The new developed barbecues are characterised by an extremely solid design and a high-quality stainless steel construction.

The ccoking space is easy to reach and therefore easy to clean. You can put all barbecuing utensils into the dishwasher.

Nearly all parts are made of stainless steel and thus durable. The barbecues can be placed outdoors at all seasons. Nearly all gas components are maintenance-free.

So the Thüros 418 grants a straightforward and all-year-round barbecuing.

The Thüros 418 is supplied with 2 cooking grates made of solid stainless steel (6mm) and a2 double enamelled cast iron grates.

Warnings and Safety Instructions for Using Your Barbecue.

WARNING! The appliance becomes very hot and it should not be moved during operation!

CAUTION! Do not use spirit or petrol for lighting or relighting!

CAUTION! Keep a distance of 1.50 m from other flammable objects.
Only use lighting aids that comply with DIN EN 1860-3!
Choose a fi rm horizontal installlation location. Put the charcoal (DIN 1860-2) only in the charcoal tray provided.
To light the charcoal use only TÜV-GS/DIN EN 1860-3 tested fire lighters. When using lighter fluid make sure it does not flow into the flue or out of the vents. Never add lighter fluid to a burning fire.
Before first use, preheat the BBQ for a few minutes without food and cooking grate so that any production residues can dissipate.
Do not use the ventilation slide without gloves.
Do not start grilling before the charcoal turned gray and reached the correct cooking temperature.

Tipp: Use less charcoal than with any conventional charcoal BBQs without a fl ue draught system. THÜROS® BBQs are truly economical BBQs and need considerably less fuel. Therefore, we recommend to use a high-quality charcoal.
