THÜROS T2 Stainless Steel Tabletop Charcoal Barbecue – cooking area 35 x 35 cm

The THÜROS T2 table top barbecue brings charcoal barbecuing to the table. The ideal compact barbecue for home, camping or a picnic.

Due to corner protectors on the base plate, even most sensitive surfaces are secured against scratches. Edges are bend inwards to minimise sharp edges to the maximum. Moreover, the cooking grates are made with stabilising braces which keep your food safe on the grate while adding new charcoal.

You can decide whether you keep the basic barbecue as it is or expand it for example with attachments for smoking or skewer grilling. These are just some of the possibilities you have.

Warnings and Safety Instructions for Using Your Barbecue.

WARNING! The appliance becomes very hot and it should not be moved during operation!

Only use lighting aids that comply with DIN EN 1860-3!
Choose a fi rm horizontal installlation location. Put the charcoal (DIN 1860-2) only in the charcoal tray provided.
To light the charcoal use only TÜV-GS/DIN EN 1860-3 tested fire lighters. When using lighter fluid make sure it does not flow into the flue or out of the vents. Never add lighter fluid to a burning fire.
Before first use, preheat the BBQ for a few minutes without food and cooking grate so that any production residues can dissipate.
Do not use the ventilation slide without gloves.
Do not start grilling before the charcoal turned gray and reached the correct cooking temperature.

Tipp: Use less charcoal than with any conventional charcoal BBQs without a fl ue draught system. THÜROS® BBQs are truly economical BBQs and need considerably less fuel. Therefore, we recommend to use a high-quality charcoal.
