Stainless steel wok ring grate support for T4 models

The duo grate support for all THÜROS T4 and THÜROS II models.

The strong grate support of the T4 can now do more than ever. Simply prepare delicious wok pans on the grill and sear the meat for them at the same time.

The wok ring has a diameter of 25 cm and is embedded in the grate support. The other part of the grate support offers a pure grilling surface of 23 x 39 cm.

Only use lighting aids that comply with DIN EN 1860-3!
Choose a fi rm horizontal installlation location. Put the charcoal (DIN 1860-2) only in the charcoal tray provided.
To light the charcoal use only TÜV-GS/DIN EN 1860-3 tested fire lighters. When using lighter fluid make sure it does not flow into the flue or out of the vents. Never add lighter fluid to a burning fire.
Before first use, preheat the BBQ for a few minutes without food and cooking grate so that any production residues can dissipate.
Do not use the ventilation slide without gloves.
Do not start grilling before the charcoal turned gray and reached the correct cooking temperature.

Tipp: Use less charcoal than with any conventional charcoal BBQs without a fl ue draught system. THÜROS® BBQs are truly economical BBQs and need considerably less fuel. Therefore, we recommend to use a high-quality charcoal.
