The THÜROS Warming rack extends the cooking area to a second level. It is easily attached to the mountable wind deflector (A3030E) with one simple hand movement.

On the second level, cooked grillables can be kept warm or sauces and buns can be heated up.

This enables you to grill goods with different cooking times direct and serve them at the same time. Like this the two levels are used perferctly.

Besides, the mountable wind deflector is the basic attachment for other accessories as well. Due to the cut outs on the sides, it can be extended for rotisserie.

Warnings and Safety Instructions for Using Your Barbecue.

  • WARNING! The appliance becomes very hot and it should not be moved during operation!
  • WARNING! Surface can get hot!

  • WARNING! Danger of carbon monoxide poisoning. Do not operate the barbecue in closed rooms, only outdoors!
  • CAUTION! Do not use spirit or petrol for lighting or relighting!
  • WARNING! Keep children and pets away!
  • CAUTION! Accessory parts may become hot.
  • CAUTION! Keep a distance of 1.50 m from other flammable objects.
  • Only use lighting aids that comply with DIN EN 1860-3!
  • Choose a fi rm horizontal installlation location. Put the charcoal (DIN 1860-2) only in the charcoal tray provided.
  • To light the charcoal use only TÜV-GS/DIN EN 1860-3 tested fire lighters. When using lighter fluid make sure it does not flow into the flue or out of the vents. Never add lighter fluid to a burning fire.
  • Before first use, preheat the BBQ for a few minutes without food and cooking grate so that any production residues can dissipate.
  • Do not use the ventilation slide without gloves.
  • Do not start grilling before the charcoal turned gray and reached the correct cooking temperature.

Tipp: Use less charcoal than with any conventional charcoal BBQs without a fl ue draught system. THÜROS® BBQs are truly economical BBQs and need considerably less fuel. Therefore, we recommend to use a high-quality charcoal.
