THÜROS Side shelves for THÜROS T4

The THÜROS stainless steel side shelves are a practical add on for everyone who is using more than just tongs while barbecuing. They offer further storage options for marinades, seasonings, grilled goods, grill utensils or a drink. Therefore, everything that is needed for a barbecue can be placed on the side shelves beforehand.

Its assembly is quick and easy. Both shelves are connected by two bars. One on the front and one on the back. After connecting the shelves, they can be attached to grill by placing the hooks of the shelves on each side of the top of the barbecue.

Only use lighting aids that comply with DIN EN 1860-3!
Choose a fi rm horizontal installlation location. Put the charcoal (DIN 1860-2) only in the charcoal tray provided.
To light the charcoal use only TÜV-GS/DIN EN 1860-3 tested fire lighters. When using lighter fluid make sure it does not flow into the flue or out of the vents. Never add lighter fluid to a burning fire.
Before first use, preheat the BBQ for a few minutes without food and cooking grate so that any production residues can dissipate.
Do not use the ventilation slide without gloves.
Do not start grilling before the charcoal turned gray and reached the correct cooking temperature.

Tipp: Use less charcoal than with any conventional charcoal BBQs without a fl ue draught system. THÜROS® BBQs are truly economical BBQs and need considerably less fuel. Therefore, we recommend to use a high-quality charcoal.
