THÜROS B2 Stainless Steel Shish Kebab Grill – cooking area 30 x 50 cm

 The THÜROS B2 has an adjustable air supply to ensure a quick heating up, regulation of the temperature as well as economic consumption of charcoal like a flue barbecue.

After cooling down, the THÜROS B2 can be carried using the two black synthetic handles on either side of the grill. The THÜROS shashlik grill and shashlik grilling itself grow more and more in popularity. Up to 9 skewers can be used simultaneously on our B2.

THÜROS B2 stainless steel attachments and accessories

You can expand the THÜROS B2 with additional shashlik skewers (S3060E / S600E) to fill out the whole cooking area with up to 9 skewers.

All our shish kebab skewers have a 360° twist on one end. The twist ensures an easy turning of the skewer without the need to lift it up when they are placed in the designated slots.

Warnings and Safety Instructions for Using Your Barbecue.

  • WARNING! The appliance becomes very hot and it should not be moved during operation!
  • WARNING! Surface can get hot!
  • WARNING! Accessories can heat up.
  • WARNING! Danger of carbon monoxide poisoning. Do not operate the barbecue in closed rooms, only outdoors!
  • CAUTION! Do not use spirit or petrol for lighting or relighting!
  • WARNING! Keep children and pets away!
  • CAUTION! Accessory parts may become hot.
  • CAUTION! Keep a distance of 1.50 m from other flammable objects.
  • Only use lighting aids that comply with DIN EN 1860-3!
  • Choose a fi rm horizontal installlation location. Put the charcoal (DIN 1860-2) only in the charcoal tray provided.
  • To light the charcoal use only TÜV-GS/DIN EN 1860-3 tested fire lighters. When using lighter fluid make sure it does not flow into the flue or out of the vents. Never add lighter fluid to a burning fire.
  • Before first use, preheat the BBQ for a few minutes without food and cooking grate so that any production residues can dissipate.
  • Do not use the ventilation slide without gloves.
  • Do not start grilling before the charcoal turned gray and reached the correct cooking temperature.

Tipp: Use less charcoal than with any conventional charcoal BBQs without a fl ue draught system. THÜROS® BBQs are truly economical BBQs and need considerably less fuel. Therefore, we recommend to use a high-quality charcoal.
