The gastro tray can be used as a accessory for the THÜROS Multiking by placing it in the cooking chamber. So the heat from the charcoal tray that radiates down can be used to keep grill goods inside the GN tray warm or gratinate them.
Furthermore, it is a useful accessory to prepare food, f.e. bigger meat pieces can be marinated in it. As it is made of stainless steel, it can be cleaned easily in a commercial dishwasher after use.

The THÜROS barbecue pan is made of stainless steel which ensures a long-lansting barbecue accessory.

The THÜROS Barbecue scraper is used to remove any remaining marinades, fish or meat pieces from the cooking grate during a barbecue to prevent the residues to burn in the grate. The THÜROS Charcoal Initiator always ensures a success to ignite the charcoals. Even briquettes that are harder to ignite are no problem. Charcoals or briquettes take approx. 20 minutes to reach the optimum state to start barbecuing. When the coals are covered with a white/ light grey ash coat, they are ready to be tilted into the charcoal tray of the barbecue.
It is very easy to use the THÜROS Charcoal Initiator. Place a handful of charcoal or briquettes into the initiator.Put two THÜROS wood wool lighters or other fire lighter cubes between the coals. Light the fire lighters and wait until they fully burned down. Afterwards, add more coals on top.
An alternative option to start the charcoals or briquettes is to place two wood wool lighters into the space below the charcoals. To do so, the charcoal initiator has an extra big opening on one side at the bottom.
No matter which way you choose to start the coals, wait until they are covered with a white/ light grey ash coat. Then, grab the handle with your left hand and drag the initiator above the charcoal tray of your barbecue. Tilt the charcoal initiator sideways to empty it out. In order to have a great control of the dropping out coals, the THÜROS Charcoal Initiator has one longer side as a dispensing aid.
For an optimal use we recommend solid fire lighters. We advise against using liquid fire lighters.

THÜROS Fish Slice Set - 2 pcs.
The THÜROS fish slice set are chromed steel grids to cook fish or meat. The goods are placed inside the fish slices and fixed by closing the locking on the handle. Like this, the food can be barbecued from two sides without any problems, i.e. baking the goods into the cooking grate, and is prepared in one piece. Each fish slice can be used for food with a size up to 28 cm long and 12 cm wide.

THÜROS Mini Smoking and BBQ Box
The THÜROS mini smoking box is the perfect accessory to flavour meat or fish. It can be used on any barbecue, may it be electric, run by gas or charcoal.
Before usage, the enclosed alder plank has to be soaked for at least three hours in water. Place the plank on one side on the lighted up barbecue to dry it shortly before placing it in the box. When placing it in the box, turn the plank around so that the shortly dried side is up. Then, set the meat or fish on the alder plank and close the box with its lid.
Due to the closed box, no BBQ or Swivelling Hood is needed and the goods can be cooked and flavoured inside the box.
The mini smoking box can also be filled with wood chips instead of the plank to use it as a smoke generator for smoking in a barbecue. Then, a BBQ Hood or Swivelling Hood is needed to ensure a closed system.

THÜROS Shish Kebab Skewer Set 60 cm
The THÜROS shish kebab skewers are made of high-quality stainless steel. Therefore, they are durable and long-lasting.
The skewers can be cleaned easily with hot water and a little amount of washing-up liquid or can be put in any common household washing machine.
